Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Permanent Mechanical Technician, for a client located in Newton Aycliffe. Reporting into the Engineering Sector Leader, working as part of a multi-disciplined engineering team the successful candidate will carry out all required aspects of electrical project and maintenance tasks in a safe, timely and professional manner to defined standards and procedures across a wide range of manufacturing plant, equipment and facilities.Contribute toward engineering continuous improvement initiatives in order to help drive plant reliability whilst also reducing meantime to repair. Provide weekday out of hours engineering call out support to the production department on a rota basis along with other engineering technicians.
