Role: Locum Hospital Social Worker Location: Great Western Hospital Type: Full time Monday - Friday onsite, locum Rate: 36 an hr Eden Brown are looking to recruit a locum Adults social worker on behalf of Wiltshire Council to work at Great Western Hospital. This is a full time, locum post to start as soon as possible. The role involves supporting customers who do not require formal admission to return home with a Package of care. Joint working with health colleagues to support safe and timely discharges. Non case holding role.
