The Field Operations Manager is a key position which drives business performance and direction through role model leadership to a team of operational and technical colleagues to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of upper quartile Supply Interruptions and Water Quality performance, and sector leading Customer Experience.Working with the Manager of Field Operations and in conjunction with Asset Management to deliver the strategy and change required to hit performance targets in AMP8. The role will deliver world class asset and operational excellence across YW assets, in pursuit of health and safety excellence; regulatory compliance; operational efficiency and business plan outperformance.A passionate people manager who demonstrates relentless drive, energy and determination to get the highest out of the team, delivering sustainable outperformance for Yorkshire Water that rigorously helps to achieve our Upper Quartile vision against a demanding competitive industry, whilst delivering business plan outperformance.What Skills and Qualifications You Will Need

Understanding of Water Networks and managing our above and below ground assetsRecognisable skillset that is preferred within the water industry, its regulators bodies and/or experience within the utility sectorExcellent operational and people leader, balanced with the analytical and creative abilities necessary for innovation.
