English Teacher

A large secondary school based in Hounslow are looking for an English teacher.
School are looking for someone to start in September on a long term permanent contract.
This position is full time but school are open to part time applicants. Working hours are from 8:30am to 3:30pm.
Salary will match Outer London MPS/UPS.
School has available parking spaces.

English Teacher - Hounslow, London

* Deliver engaging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students develop strong reading, writing, and analytical skills while encouraging a passion for literature and language.
* Support students'' academic progress through creative and differentiated teaching strategies that inspire confidence, independence, and critical thinking.
* Encourage a positive attitude towards learning by creating lessons that are both challenging and accessible for learners of all abilities.
* Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment where students feel motivated, supported, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to a dynamic and successful English department committed to high standards and continuous improvement.
