Lead end-to-end product delivery, focusing on high-quality customer experiences and operational solutions.Translate complex business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteriaCollaborate closely with engineering and architecture to understand the technology stack, influence architectural decisions, and ensure scalability.Manage the technical product backlog, prioritising tasks, guiding estimation, identifying dependencies, and addressing technical debt.Lead Agile ceremonies and foster a collaborative culture within development teams and engagement with the wider business community and strategyOversee release management with your QA, SRE and engineering team to ensure smooth and predictable deploymentsAct as the primary point of contact for development squads and communicate effectively with all stakeholders on roadmap delivery and technical concepts.Requirements3-5+ years of proven success as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner or Technical Business AnalystExperience working in JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro (or similar tools) in a masterful wayExperience working with regulated financial services products with thousands of retail customersExperience building user interfaces and understanding how they interact with the back-end.Understanding of payments infrastructure and how different payment components fit togetherUnderstanding and awareness of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and consumer protection laws (e.g. FCA, PSD2, GDPR, Consumer Duty).Excellent interpersonal, and presentation skills to clearly communicate delivery progress and timelines in different waysStrong project and cross-functional stakeholder management skillsExperience cooperating with Engineering Leads to get the most out of development teamsStrong technical writing ability with experience co-creating and reviewing technical specifications and tasksExperience managing and communicating releases to customers and internal stakeholdersExperience implementing agile processes and being able to adapt to the needs and capabilities of the businessPreferred requirements
