Our client base includes established designers, main contractors, and end-users. About the role: Monitor and update the company''s production schedule. Coordinate work across departments to ensure projects are designed, produced, finished, delivered, and installed on time. Communicate changes and priorities to the team. Oversee projects from design to installation. Monitor project quality, spot potential issues, and proactively implement solutions. Maintain client communications throughout the process. Assist with pricing and securing new projects. Manage the Workshop Manager, Sprayer, and on-site Installers, providing leadership to the wider team. About you: Strong cabinetry joinery background (5+ years). Proven experience at a Project or Production Manager level. Deep understanding of joinery production and finishing processes. Highly competent in managing operational aspects of joinery production. Skilled and enthusiastic written and verbal communicator. Superb personal organisation and time management skills. Strong lead
