Customer Service Administrator Location: Cirencester, GL7 6JS Salary: £22,680 - £25,742 per annum / £12.46 - £14.14 per hour (Pay review pending) Hours: Full-time, average 35 hours per week on a rota, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays Are you a people person with a passion for providing excellent customer service? The University is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join our team and be the welcoming face of our University and conference receptions. The Role First Point of Contact: Greet visitors and callers warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and directed appropriately. Reception Duties: Handle general reception tasks, manage the reception email account, and assist with queries from staff, students, customers, and contractors. Security Monitoring: Manage security systems, including CCTV, burglar alarms, and fire alarms, and coordinate emergency procedures. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, monitor first aid supplies, and report incidents. Facilities Management: Work with the Estates and IT Team to manage car parking and access control. Mail Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail, and prepare outgoing mail and courier services. Event Support: Assist with Bed and Breakfast and conference reservations, and act as the point of contact for internet instructions and charges.
