Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day running of warehouse activities during your shiftLead, motivate and support a team of warehouse operatives and supervisorsEnsure operational targets are achieved across picking, packing, loading and dispatchMaintain high standards of health and safety, compliance and operational accuracyDrive continuous improvement initiatives and support operational efficiencyCommunicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues About You Previous experience managing teams in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environmentStrong people leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams under pressureKnowledge of warehouse systems, HandS standards, and KPI deliveryA hands-on, solutions-focused approach with strong organisational skill
