Handyman Wokingham (Mon-Fri, 7:30am-4:30pm, 1pm finish Friday) Salary: £31,000 £32,000 + benefitsAre you a skilled, hands-on handyman who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck into building maintenance and development? We re looking for someone to join a busy facilities team in Wokingham to take responsibility for all internal and external building upkeep.What you ll do: Be an active member of the building maintenance team involved in new construction projects and general repairs walls, ceilings, doors, plumbing, and more Manage material orders responsibly and follow proper approval procedures Use power tools safely with the right protective equipment Maintain all facility equipment following health and safety and COSHH regulations Assist with statutory building maintenance tasks such as fire alarm testing, emergency lighting, and PAT testing Take on other reasonable duties as needed What we re looking for: A proactive, hands-on individual happy to muck in and work both independently and as part of a small team Experience in building services and a good understanding of health and safety requirements Reliable and motivated with a strong work ethic What s on offer: Competitive salary with a bit of wiggle room 25 days holiday plus bank holidays 3% annual pay rise and Christmas bonus Gym membership A stable role within a growing company
