Consultant | UK and EMEA | Elliott Scott - HR search and recruitmentWe’re delighted to be partnering with a growing financial services business who are looking for a HR Advisor to join the team. Working closely with an experienced and supportive Head of HR, you’ll play a key role in delivering a broad range of HR services across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid HR foundation who’s eager to broaden their experience and continue developing in a generalist role.Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries.Support employee relations, performance management, and GDPR compliance.Build relationships with external vendors and support organisational change.Promote inclusivity and wellbeing through engagement initiatives.Assist with ad-hoc projects including learning and development and employee engagement.Manage end-to-end recruitment, including advertising, interviews, and contracts.Conduct background checks and ensure legal documentation.Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including probation management.Maintain employee data in systems like BambooHR, Justworks, and Papaya.Track attendance, leave, and generate HR metrics (e.g., turnover, diversity).Administer monthly payroll across jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.Maintain payroll records and liaise with external providers.Handle salary changes, bonuses, benefits (e.g., pensions, health insurance), and employee queries.Collaborate with Finance for payroll reconciliation.Requirements

4+ Years HR experienceStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to form relationships at all levelsFantastic attention to detail and the ability to run processes independentlyProficiency in HR Systems and Microsoft Office SuiteHow to apply
