My client is a IT Consultancy specialising in all things IT Support! this role is within central government Full time onsite in Manchester 3 months £25.15ph inside ir35 via umbrella Job spec: o Must be nationally placed London, London SE, East of England, North East, North West or able to travel to arrive at sites earliest 8.00am A resource will be responsible to schedule the engineer appointments in additional to attending any scheduled centrally o It is expected that at least 3 handovers are performed each week Engineering resource will be trained on the Deskside laptop handover process by and full guidance will be provided Resources will be provided with Device and Justice email address Resources are required as soon as possible so that o Resources can be trained on the end-to-end handover process over a 2/3 day period (as defined by MOJ) o Resource can attend shadow sessions at sites nationwide alongside existing resources Support will be available via tech team on the scheduled deployment day for the engineer if they experience any issues within the process o The Computacenter engineer must have an device to be able to access this Handover is expected to take approximately 2 hours, but the engineer will be expected to stay on site if the appointment overruns, often a judge may be called away to court so the handover may stop until the judge returns.
