Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our client-in St Neots. The role involves manual handling, including lifting and moving 25kg bags, as well as picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.

This is a physically demanding role suited to individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking products from warehouse locations using pick lists or handheld scanners
• Packing orders securely and accurately for dispatch
• Lifting and moving bags weighing up to 25kg safely and repeatedly
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Assisting with stock checks and inventory control when required

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or manual handling experience preferred but not essential
• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (up to 25kg) regularly
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
