Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver products, applications, and services to achieve high levels of customer satisfactionWork cross-functionally to support customer engagement and the expansion of products and servicesLiaise with internal departments to ensure project mandates are clearly understood, agreed, and delivered to scheduleManage project risks, issues, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycleFacilitate and lead project meetings, ensuring accurate minutes are produced and distributedManage project budgetsSkills and ExperienceEssential:Experience working in a customer-facing SAAS environmentProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong organisational, administrative, and prioritisation skillsAbility to resolve or escalate issues
