Our client, a local law firm with an excellent reputation and a lovely office culture are looking to hire a Legal Secretary / Audio Typist to join their offices on the outskirts of Mansfield Woodhouse.To be considered for the role, you ll require the following essentials: Current or recent experience of working in a Legal Secretary / Audio Typist roleAbility to deal with clients in an empatheic mannerGood understanding of the workings within a law firm The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and a good understanding of how a Wills and Probate department works.Within this position, you ll also be: Dealing with a range of clients in a professional mannerCompleting Audiotyping of documents and lettersSupporting across a wide range of Private Client mattersCarrying out a wide range of administrative duties including filing and photocopying, diary managementAssisting other members of the department as required Salary and Working HoursSalary is £23,500 - £25,000pa depending on experience with standard working hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.Excellent opportunities for progression are available.
