Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and well-structured GCSE English lessons to students Plan and prepare high-quality lesson materials that are tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners Assess student''s progress and provide constructive feedback to help them succeed Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student confidence and achievement Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the curriculum Support students in preparing for their GCSE exams, including revision and exam technique About You: A qualified teacher with experience teaching GCSE English (either secondary or further education) A passion for teaching English and helping students reach their full potential Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage students Excellent organisation and time management skills A commitment to creating an inclusive, student-centred learning environment Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) A Current DBS is also needed for this role.
