Plumber Multi TraderSouth East London (Wandsworth, Croydon, Merton, Bromley, Lambeth and Southwark)Social Housing Reactive Maintenance Permanent £50,000 + van and fuel card We are working with a leading Repairs and Maintenance Contractor within the Social Housing sector to recruit a Plumber to join their team in the South East London area.As an operative within the Social Housing sector, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and improvement of properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high-quality and in compliance with HandS and relevant regulations. Your role will focus on carrying out routine property maintenance, completing multiple jobs per day, ensuring a best in class standard of customer service is provided to the residents and their homes in which you''re working. You will predomintely be completing Plumbing work however you will also be required to complete basic carpentry, patch plastering and tiling.Qualifications/Experience Required:Proven experience as a Plumber Multi in social housing or similar environment.City and Guilds / NVQ in Plumbing level 3 (Essential)Knowledge of NHF Sors desirableFull, UK, Clean driving license, minimum of 3 PointsRelevant trade qualifications in plumbing, CSCS card and Asbestos Awareness cert. (Desirable)Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.Experience using a PDA, good IT skills with experience using job scheduling softwareWillingness to undertake a DBS check - with no unspent criminal convictions
