About The Role Role Purpose: The purpose of this position is to support our supermarkets in implementing various business change activities. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that clear, concise, and timely communications are delivered, helping to reduce pain points in processes and improving the experience for colleagues and stores. As a trusted expert in business change, you will support major people initiatives, driving improvements and simplifying processes across the business. Location detail: This is a remote based role, working out of your nearest stores when working locally. Regular travel will be required to various stores as necessary. More About the Role: As a People Specialist Implementation, you ll play a key role in facilitating business change within Morrisons, working closely with both operational and people teams to improve processes and deliver change effectively.
