In this role, you''ll lead, motivate, and develop a team of fee earners handling Road Traffic Accident claims, ensuring excellent client outcomes while maintaining high performance and compliance standards.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge of RTA claims and proven leadership experience who is ready to make a real impact within a forward-thinking legal environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of RTA fee earners to achieve individual and team targetsMonitor performance through regular reviews, coaching, and feedbackEnsure claims are handled efficiently, compliantly, and in line with internal KPIs and SLAsProvide technical guidance on RTA cases, including liability, quantum, and litigation where appropriateSupport recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of team membersDrive a high-performance culture focused on client service and continuous improvementAnalyse MI and performance data to identify trends and implement improvementsHandle escalated or complex cases as required Successful candidates will have proven RTA claims
