Main Responsibilities:

• Program, set, and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components
• Machine components from a range of raw materials to engineering drawing specifications
• Utilise appropriate measuring equipment to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow company Quality Management and Health & Safety procedures
• Work to deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in a precision engineering environment
• Skilled in programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines (Haas or Fanuc control)
• Experience using 5th axis and machining castings
• Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring equipment
• Mechanical Engineering Qualification (essential)
• Strong time management, communication skills, and team ethic

Working Hours:

Week 1                

• 6.00am to 2.30pm (30 mins unpaid lunch), Monday to Friday

Week 2                

• 2.00pm to 11.30pm (30 mins unpaid lunch), Monday to Thursday
• 2.00pm to 6.00pm, Friday
