As the business scales, we''re seeking a Training and Development Specialist to shape training, coaching, and development across their travel teams.What you''ll be doing:You''ll play a central role in elevating performance and service quality by:Delivering engaging induction and ongoing training programmesCoaching teams to enhance member satisfaction and service excellenceUpdating training materials as new processes and systems are introducedPartnering with managers to identify individual and team development needsWorking with global stakeholders across Travel, Product, HR and OperationsSupporting process improvements and contributing to travel-related projectsWhat you''ll bringFluency in Arabic and EnglishExpertise with GDS systems. Amadeus experience is essential and non-negotiable You must have strong, hands-on Amadeus experience. It''s a core booking system used across the travel industry, and you''ll be responsible for training new starters and supporting teams in using it con
