As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the post-holder will have overall responsibility for the growth and strategic development of all of YMCA Lincolnshire''s frontline services, ensuring that everything that we do is delivered collaboratively to maximise outcomes for beneficiaries and to deliver the organisation''s values and purpose.
