Your responsibilities include managing staff scheduling and performance, handling escalated guest concerns, maintaining service standards, and supporting the Restaurant Manager in achieving LQA benchmarks. You''ll oversee training and recruitment, promote the restaurant and its outlets to optimise revenue, ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, and maintain a clean, efficient environment.
