Field Merchandising Program Manager (French Speaker)

to lead the planning and execution of in-store product demos across the EMEA region.This is a unique opportunity to shape how customers experience cutting-edge wearable technology in physical retail environments. You’ll work across multiple markets, managing complex rollouts, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring every display meets the highest standards.What You’ll Do

Lead the execution of merchandising programs across thousands of retail locations.Manage third-party labor agencies and ensure flawless in-store execution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, analytics) to align on strategy and delivery.Build detailed project plans and track progress, budgets, and KPIs.Visit stores to audit installations and ensure demo compliance.Analyze demo performance data and provide actionable insights.Act as the go-to liaison between internal teams and retail partners.What You’ll Bring

Full French proficiency5+ years in retail merchandising (brand or vendor side).5+ years of project/program management experience.3+ years managing third-party labor or field teams.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex projects.Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.Experience working across EMEA markets is a plus.Experience with wearable tech or consumer electronics.Experience with in-store tech demos or interactive displays.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional retail experiences.
