Develop and implement personalised learning plans, EHCP targets, and behaviour support strategies. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, external professionals, and parents/carers to support holistic pupil development. Use creative, therapeutic, and multi-sensory approaches to help pupils re-engage with learning and achieve meaningful progress.
