Night CarerPermanent Location: Wymondham Days and hours of work: Night Shift Start Date: ASAPSalary/ Hourly rate:DOE We are recruiting for a couple of dedicated and committed Night Carer and Senior Night Carer for one of our clients speciialising in Dimentia on a permenant basisDuties include but not limited to:• Assisting residents with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing and grooming.• Communicating effectively with residents, their families and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.• Supervising junior staff members, providing guidance and support as required.• Maintaining accurate records of residents progress and any change to their condition• Drive residents to appointments and outings as required• Fostering a warm welcoming atmosphere within the home• Participating in training and career development in senior care Requirements:• Previous experience in senior care or a similar care setting is essential• Strong understanding of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken with residents, colleagues and families• A valid UK drivers licence is essential due to the location of the role• Leadership qualities and experience supervising and mentoring staff Benefits:• company pension scheme• overtime available Please contact our Healthcare Recruitment specialists
