Role DescriptionBased at our head office and study centre in the heart of Bath, our Client Liaison and Administration Manager is a varied and dynamic role in our growing Elac team. You will play a key part in supporting our Senior Leadership Team in managing relationships with our international partners, while also overseeing the internal administration of our programmes to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently. The salary for this role is
£28,000 - £31,000 .
Key Responsibilities
Manage the office administrative team and ensure the smooth operation of Head Office
Correspond regularly with international partners, including enrolments, bookings, and student information
Manage individual clients from first contact to arrival, including travel arrangements
Actioning and/or delegating administrative paperwork e.g., visa letters
Meet potential, new, and existing agents in the UK, and attend agent familiarisation (fam) trips to centres as needed
Liaise and maintain good relationships with local secondary schools to set up integration programmes
Produce quarterly QUIC reports and Annual Declaration for English UK/British Council
Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and training of new admin staff
Support specific projects when required
