We also handle the recycling of food waste packaging, providing sustainable, environmentally responsible solutions for customers seeking to divert food waste from landfill. The Position We are inviting applications for a Service Delivery Advisor to join our ReFood Doncaster site. This is a full-time, permanent position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. As a Service Delivery Advisor, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our service delivery, commercial, and logistics functions. Your responsibilities will include: Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone and email Managing the customer account database, including data entry, analysis and KPI reporting Providing administrative support to the Commercial and Logistics teams Handling customer complaints and following up on service issues Participating in an out-of-hours support rota (paid in addition to basic salary) Managing and directing sales enquiries to relevant team members Completing and maintaining supplier compliance questionnaires Building and maintaining strong internal and external customer relationships Providing sales support to the ReFood sales team Requirements Good standard of for
