Job ResponsibilitiesInspect components dimensionally and visually based on drawings and datasheets in line with current processes and proceduresReview and report on product quality non-conformance reports (NCRs) and system failures to drive continuous improvements and reduce failure costsVerify that equipment manufactured, assembled, tested within the facility conforms to applicable specifications and agreed customer requirementsCarry out Non-Destructive Tests on Welds, Structures and Materials (MPI, LPI, DPT, UT)Material testing (Hardness, PMI)Produce clear and concise test reportsMaintaining NDE EquipmentMaintain quality relationships with key functions of the company, including fulfilment, engineering, projects and procurementSupport development and maintenance of the local Quality Management SystemCompliance with project HSSE Plan, Quality Plan and related requirementsReview/Approve or reject all supplier documents in ERP systemInspect consumable components (Verification, dimensional, etc) in accordance with standard part requirements and drawingsPerform receiving inspections of incoming materials and/or products, customer propertySupport the warehouse on traceability issuesAssist in the calibration t
