The school is committed to providing a nurturing environment where all pupils are supported to achieve their full potential, both academically and personally.The school is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable SENCO on either a part-time or full-time basis, with an immediate start available. The successful candidate will lead on SEND provision across the school, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including ASD, ADHD, and behavioural challenges, while working closely with staff, parents, and external agencies.The successful SENCO will have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) The National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to work towards it) Proven experience supporting children with SEND Strong knowledge of safeguarding, EHCP processes, and pupil wellbeing Excellent communication and organisational skills A positive, flexible, and compassionate approachIn return, you can expect to receive: A dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 to support you
