There are two posts available one based at Birmingham Heartlands Hospital and one based at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, part of University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation.The closing date is 21 October 2025.Main duties of the job
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and proactive Consultant Radiologist team to respond to the need of our growing service. The imaging department at UHB has expanded to more than 90 consultants working across all 4 main hospital sites. The attached job description and person specification contains more detail about the post and imaging department with example job plan.These posts are based at Birmingham Heartlands Hospital and Queen Elizabeth Hospital. These are principally Head and Neck Radiology posts involving cross sectional reporting, Ultrasound of the Head and Neck incorporating FNA and Core biopsy and contribution to a regional tertiary centre Head and Neck MDT. There will also be an acute imaging/Duty Radiology and on call component to the job.Contact details
