As Head of School, you will lead a vibrant academic community committed to excellence in teaching, research, and practice. You will drive innovation in curriculum design, foster interdisciplinary collaboration, and champion inclusive education that makes a real-world impact.You will work closely with senior faculty leadership to align the School''s vision with institutional priorities, including widening participation, digital transformation, and regional engagement.Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership across the School of EducationLead and support academic staff in delivering high-quality teaching and impactful researchStrengthen partnerships with schools, educational organisations, and civic bodiesPromote a culture of inclusion, wellbeing, and professional developmentContribute to faculty-wide initiatives and cross-disciplinary collaborationAbout You
