Our nursery caters to children aged 2 to 4 years old, providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for their growth and development.We are looking for someone who:Can communicate effectively and work in a team environment.Is patient, calm and has a good sense of humourDemonstrate high expectations of positive behaviour for learningHas experience of working with Early Years aged childrenHas some knowledge of SEND and experience of working with SEND children (e.g. ASD, ADHD, attachment and trauma difficulties, specific learning difficulties)Can work under the guidance of the Nursery Manager and EYFS lead but can use their own initiative to ensure that children have access to appropriate activities to support their physical, emotional, social and intellectual development.Is organised and can support in the development and maintenance of appropriate planning, observation, and assessment procedures.
