As part of their continued evolution, they are seeking a Head of Membership to lead the development and delivery of SOLT and UK Theatre''s membership offer, ensuring members are engaged, supported and able to thrive. Working closely with the Director of Membership and External Affairs, you will lead member engagement, services and programme activity; turning member insight and organisational priorities into high-quality, joined-up experiences. This role is central to connecting membership, advocacy and operational delivery. You''ll build strong relationships with members, stakeholders and partners across the UK theatre sector, making sure member
