We''re looking for a proactive Financial Crime Officer to join a growing Operations team. In this role, you''ll help protect members by investigating fraud, detecting suspicious activity, and preventing financial crime. You''ll work across fraud investigations and financial crime monitoring, using data, judgement, and empathy to make fair, evidence-based decisions.You''ll handle cases ranging from unauthorised transactions and fraud claims to AML alerts and unusual account behaviour, communicating directly with members to gather information and explain next steps clearly.
