Responsibilities:

andbull; Individualised Support: Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance to help them achieve their learning goals.
andbull; Organised Classroom Management: Efficiently manage classroom resources and materials to ensure smooth lesson delivery and maximise engagement.
andbull; Clear Communication: Keep open lines of communication with students, teachers, and school staff, ensuring a seamless flow of support and information.
andbull; Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility to adjust to different school environments and teaching needs, ensuring each student receives the best possible education.
Requirements:
andbull; Bachelor''s Degree in Education or a related field (essential)
andbull; QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) preferred, but not essential
andbull; Proven experience working with secondary school-aged children
andbull; Strong classroom management skills with the ability to adapt to different teaching environments
andbull; Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
andbull; Flexibility and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and changing school environment
andbull; Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance or willingness to obtain one
andbull; Availability to work on short notice and willingness to travel across Buckinghamshire for various teaching opportunities
