• Salary -50,000 - -75,000 (dependent on experience)
• 23 days holiday (rising to 25 days for Chartered staff)

Senior Building Surveyor - Job Overview

• Undertaking building condition surveys, defect diagnosis, and feasibility studies.
• Preparing specifications, schedules of work, and contract documentation.

• 5+ years'' experience within building surveying (consultancy/private practice desirable).
• Proven track record delivering both professional services and project-led work.
• Strong technical knowledge and up-to-date understanding of building regulations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within London, the South East, and Home Counties.
