CK Group are recruiting for a Consumer Engagement Strategist, Masterbrand to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months. Salary: From 29.68 per hour, PAYE Consumer Engagement Strategist, Masterbrand Role:Develop the strategy and pull through of Masterbrand.Own the planning, execution, and optimisation of masterbrand campaigns and the integration Masterbrand into consumer and Health care practitioners communication campaigns.Build consumer capability within the team by demonstrating processes, tools and techniques that put the consumer first.Work with internal cross-functional teams to drive capability, clarity, communication and alignment on the role of masterbrand.Your Background:Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent working experience.Extensive working experience in consumer marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.In-depth knowledge of consumer data, insights and planning techniques and tools.Experience working with agencies: media, creative and research.Company: Our client is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world.
