About the Role:

In this role, youandrsquo;ll lead engaging and personalised lessons that support students with a variety of additional needs. Youandrsquo;ll be part of a dedicated and caring team, collaborating with support staff, therapists, and families to create a nurturing and effective learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver creative, tailored lessons for pupils with SEN (ASD, SEMH, MLD, etc.)
• Create a classroom culture thatandrsquo;s safe, inclusive, and supportive
• Track and assess student progress, adapting your teaching as needed
• Work collaboratively with parents, teaching assistants, and external professionals

What We''re Looking For:

£ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
£ Previous experience working with SEN pupils
£ Patient, flexible, and empathetic approach
£ Strong communication and teamwork skills
