The Clinical Lead will have a pivotal role in ensuring top-notch clinical practice:

• Lead and support the Clinical and Care teams, upholding the company''s values.
• Provide leadership, support, and supervision for clinical and care staff.
• Conduct on-call duties as required by the home.
• Develop and deliver training modules and workshops.
• Offer feedback on staff improvement areas.
• Support the Home Manager with clinical aspects, including resident assessments.
• Lead team and clinical review meetings.
• Maintain effective and safe clinical practices with the Home Manager and QA teams.

The ideal candidate for the Clinical Lead position will have:

• Registered Nurse status with a valid NMC Pin and post-registration experience.
• Experience in managing or mentoring within a care setting.
• Previous experience as a Senior Nurse, staff nurse, or registered nurse in a Care Home.
• Strong people management skills.
• A committed and organised approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
