Contract AdministratorPertemps are working with an established Manufacturing business based in Southampton who are recruiting for a Contract Administrator to join their team. This is a full time, permanent position.Responsibilities as a Contract Administrator:Coordinating day to day administration of the client databaseMaintaining information within the customer and site databases, ensuring all information is kept up to dateCompile SLA and MOA contractsIssue renewal letters and invoices for customer contractsQuote and raise invoices for site workComplete periodic KPI reportsCoordinate and maintain the training requirements of engineersRequirements:Proven administration experienceConfident Microsoft user including ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent attention to detailAbility to work well under pressureThe Contract Administrator role:Salary of £27,300 - £28,275 depending on experienceMonday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (rising to 25 days with length of service)Employee Assistance ProgrammeIf you are interested in this Contract Administrator position, please apply below or contact Jemma at Pertemps.
