HR Manager (Employee Relations) FTC

Morson are currently partnering with a non-for-profit organisation in York as they look for a HR Manager (Employee Relations) to join their HR team on a 15 month FTC.This is a full-time position offering hybrid working and a salary of £47,000 PA.The Role: Line manage the Employee Relations Advisor, providing guidance and support.Oversee effective delivery of ER case management across the organisation.Coach and advise managers to confidently address ER matters.Collaborate with teams to design and deliver impactful ER training.Lead on complex and high-risk ER cases.Contribute to organisational change projects.Develop and implement ER policies.Analyse and report on case volumes, case studies, and emerging trends. Requirements: Strong knowledge and experience in Employee Relations.Proven experience in line management within an HR function.Solid understanding of employment law.Demonstrated experience supporting organisational change initiatives.Proven ability to manage complex and high risk cases effectively.
