Job Title: Engineering DirectorType: Full-time CoreResponsibilities

Full-cycle project management: Lead the whole process of project execution from scheme design to delivery and acceptance, ensure compliance with British technical standards (such as IET specifications, MCS certification) and customer requirements. Optimize supply chain and field operation process to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.Technological Innovation and Compliance: Drive the application of cutting-edge technologies such as Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Power Conversion Systems (PCS), while strictly complying with UK Health, Safety and Environment regulations. Enhance engineering digitization through BIM and IoT platforms.Team Development and Collaboration: Build and cultivate interdisciplinary engineering teams to strengthen capabilities in grid integration, system design, and safety compliance. Collaborate with RandD, sales, and client teams to ensure technical solutions align with market demands.Stakeholder communication: Establish partnerships with customers, regulators and partners to promote project approval and policy support. Analyze UK energy policy trends to provide basis for product development and strategic decision-making.Qualifications

Education: Electrical engineering, energy engineering or related fields (or equivalent industry experience).Experience in energy storage/renewable energy industry, preferably with project management experience in the UK.Proficient in energy storage system integration, AC/DC power design and industry software (ETAP, PVSyst), and proficient in using project management tools (MS Project) and agile methodology.Cross-functional team management experience, with excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Proficient in Chinese and English, which can be used as working.Have a valid work qualification in the UK (visa support can be provided).
