Legal Secretary - Private Client
Our client is a well-established law firm; they are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to work within their Private Client department. The purpose of this role is to assist a busy team and fee earner with their day to day to work, providing administrative and secretarial support. Duties:Production of accurate and timely documentsContributing to the management of client filesLiaising with clients and third parties by phone and in personUsing digital dictation system to produce correspondence and other documentationMaintaining and updating client admin filesSupport with reception duties as and when requiredMeeting and greeting clients coming into the officeBooking of meeting rooms Requirements: At least 2-3 years'' experience as a Legal SecretaryStrong and efficient secretarial skillsExcellent attention to detailExperience with audio transcriptionExtremely organised and excellent communication skillsStrong IT skills This role will be fully office based, working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday from the office in Cranleigh.
