This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality external refurbishment and fit-out projects across London. The Role As Estimator, you will play a key role in pricing and securing projects, working closely with the commercial and pre-construction teams. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders across a range of external refurbishment and fit-out schemes.Key Responsibilities Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documentation Producing bills of quantities and take-offs Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations Identifying value engineering opportunities Supporting the commercial team during pre-construction and handover Requirements Minimum 3 years experience working as an Estimator with a main contractor Proven experience within external refurbishment and/or fit-out projects Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple tenders and work to deadlines What s on Offer Competitive salary (£50k £70k DOE) Attractive benefits package Clear progression opportunities Supportive and collabor
