ABC Teachers are recruiting for an experienced KS1 Teacher with plenty of experience working with the KS1 curriculum to cover a mixed year 1/2 class long-term cover in Wombourne for the remainder of the Autumn term.The role This role includes the following: Working in a full time class teaching role, planning resources will be provided however part of the planning responsibilities will be needed.Working with a mixed age group covering a 4-6 week placement.Commencing from ASAP and spanning the rest of the autumn term, but has potential to be extended. The school This is based at a highly esteemed independent school located in the Wolverhampton area, meaning high expectations from staff across all years.Requirements To be considered for the Year 1 Teacher position, you will: Have prior experience in a full class teacher role, showing experience of working with the KS1 curriculum in a mixed age group. Be willing to commit to a full-time role for a 4-6 week period, with full responsibilities regarding planning, assessments and liaising with parents. Need a relevant QTS for working in a primary school environment, this is a compulsory part of registration. Have or be able to obtain a DBS registered to the update service.Be able to gain relevant references from the last 2 years.
