A key focus will be minimising food waste, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring food hygiene standards are met.Key Responsibilities:Deliver a high-quality lunch service in a clean and professional mannerPrepare mise en place and manage your designated sectionBuild and follow a production plan, tracking and reducing wasteSupport monthly stocktakes for your areaHighlight stock or ordering needs to the Senior ChefEnsure compliance with food hygiene and health and safety regulationsSet up and break down the lunch service efficiently
