This full-time role offers stable daytime hours and a supportive environment where development and internal promotion are actively encouraged.About the Role:As Chef de Partie, you will work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to manage food production and ensure the delivery of high-quality meals in line with brand standards. A key focus will be minimising food waste, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring food hygiene standards are met.Key Responsibilities:Deliver a high-quality lunch service in a clean and professional mannerPrepare mise en place and manage your designated sectionBuild and follow a production plan, tracking and reducing wasteSupport monthly stocktakes for your areaHighlight stock or ordering needs to the Senior ChefEnsure compliance with food hygiene and health and safety regulationsSet up and break down the lunch service efficiently
