Key Recruitment have a new opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join an award-winning 2 AA Rosette restaurant, based in a 4 hotel in Chichester. 27,000 Full time - 5 out of 7 days including evenings and weekends Your role will include, but will not be limited to: To cook consistently and enthusiastically at a high level, as directed by the Head Chef and Sous Chef Liaise with the senior chefs on a daily basis with an accurate list of orders for the following day Be responsible for hygiene and wastage in your own section and in the kitchen as a whole Responsible for the set-up of your section and any handover for others entering the section What you''ll need: Own transport is required due to the rural location Previous experience of working to Chef de Partie level is required or being ready to progress to this level Experience of fine dining An awareness of costs and food margins A genuine passion for food and service is essential as is a flexible approach to work Benefits: Event tickets Free gym membership and access to a comprehensive wellbeing programme A health cash plan Company performance share scheme Chef whites are provided Interested?
