These services integrate health recovery with employment support to create a holistic pathway for individuals. These Employment Advisors will play a key role in supporting individuals facing difficulties in the workplace due to physical health conditions, helping them return to work, remain in work, or find new employment. The role involves working in partnership with in-house medical practitioners, GP practices, and other referral partners in a community environments. Key Responsibilities Case Management and Client Support Manage a diverse caseload (20-40 maximum), providing information, advice, and guidance to clients facing workplace challenges. Conduct holistic initial assessments, identify barriers, and co-produce action plans to help clients achieve employment and health goals.
