Were on the lookout for a

Night Kitchen Porter

to join our kitchen team. Youll be key on keeping our kitchen and backstage areas spotless.What youll doWash pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment thoroughly.Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, walls, and food preparation areas.Deep-clean kitchen equipment (ovens, grills, fryers) as per cleaning schedules.Ensure waste bins are emptied, cleaned, and relined regularly.Handle and store cleaning chemicals safely in compliance with COSHH regulations.Follow all health and safety procedures, including wearing PPE as required.Report any maintenance or health and safety issues to the supervisor promptly.Ensure all cleaning schedules are completed and signed off during the shift.Organise and store kitchen equipment properly after cleaning.Ability to work efficiently and independently during night shifts.Good attention to detail and commitment to high hygiene standards.Qualifications
