Backs Warehouse Team Leader

Role Summary:
Leading by example, the Team Leader will provide first-line management to staff within the DX operation. The role requires supervising team members, identifying and providing training for current and new employees, and supporting the Shift Manager in running the operation.Key Responsibilities:Effectively support the Shift Manager in achieving operational productivity and KPI targets by communicating key performance targets to all staff levels.Lead resources to meet productivity targets and foster positive working relationships to develop staff skills.Oversee the induction and training of new staff, ensuring ongoing operational training for all employees.Support a high standard of health and safety within the site.Encourage a positive working environment that delivers excellent customer service and maximizes revenue.Additional Information:Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a logistics or warehouse environment is preferred.
